ACA elementary students win academic awards

Elementary grade students at Aucilla Christian Academy were awarded and recognized at an awards ceremony held at the school on Friday, May 24.
Students were presented with awards pertaining to school spirit (warrior award), as well as awards for excellence in math, reading and writing and perfect attendance.
In Tonya Walker's first grade class, Melanie Metty was presented with a reading award; Gracie Hicks was presented with a math award; Riley Denton was presented with a writing award; Walker Pavlik and Rosemerry Frisby were presented with warrior awards; and Beau Bethea and Madison Wallace were presented with perfect attendance awards.
In Debbie Love's second grade class, Sophia Ashworth was presented with a reading award; Emma Agner was presented with a math award; Molly McNeill was presented with a writing award; Ally O'Quinn and Jack Register were presented with warrior awards; and Ava Baker was presented with a perfect attendance award.
In Roslyn Bass' third grade class, Mae McNeill was presented with a reading award and a math award; Hailey Roland was presented with a writing award and perfect attendance award; Larrie Cherry was presented with a warrior award and a perfect attendance award; and Brayden French was presented with a warrior award.
In Jennifer Falk's fourth grade class, Lexie Eades was presented with a reading award and warrior award; Cadie Agner was presented with a math award; Ashton Parks was presented with a writing award; and Maggie Walker was presented with a warrior award.
In Christy Grant's fifth grade class, Benjamin Faglie was presented with a reading award; Bella Browning was presented with a math award; Natalie Register was presented with a writing award; Trey Roberts and Georgia Lindsey were presented with warrior awards; and Jamarques Nightingale was presented with a perfect attendance award.
Outside of the classroom studies awards, students were also recognized for their involvement in athletics, ecology and presented with presidential awards.
Physical Fitness Award recipients were Anthony Williams (first grade); Preston Cooksey and Ben Rogers (second grade); Bubba Davis, Hayden Walker and Mae McNeill (third grade); Matthew Hughes, Bo Rutledge and Autumn Stanley (fourth grade); and Lauren Davis, Bryson Mills, Genevieve Mediate and Heaven-Leigh Purvis (fifth grade).
Third grade Ecology Day Award recipients were Hailey Roland, Mae McNeill and Bailey Fletcher.
Fifth grade Presidential Award recipients were Lauren Davis, Benjamin Faglie, Leighton Faglie, Genevieve Mediate, Bryson Mills, Skyler Pearson, Heaven-Leigh Purvis, Trey Roberts, Ender Thomas and Caleb Walker.
