Night and Day exhibit at Jefferson Arts Gallery 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
every Wednesday and Saturday, or by appointment. The works of artist
Stephen Bennett will be on view through the month. His work in landscapes
is sharply contrasted by his work in abstract art. Visit the art

Hors D’oeuvres for the Brain and Soul will be held at the Monticello
Opera House 6 p.m. Saturday. A Doctor’s Heart, Inc and the Monticello
Rotary Club will present this 6th Annual Literary/Musical fundraiser.
A cash bar will be provided and an opportunity to sample a wide
variety of rich and delectable concoctions. For reservation or more

Jefferson SHARE volunteers will be at the Church of the Nazarene,
1590 North Jefferson Street, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday with the
monthly food delivery orders. Turn in registration copy when picking
up orders. Cash donations will be accepted for the cost of fuel

Coping With Pet Loss Group of Big Bend Hospice will offer grief
support to those who are grieving the loss of a pet. The meeting
will be held 6 p.m. on Thursday at Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee.
This group provides a safe place to discover ways to help deal with
grief in the company of others who have lost a pet and work together
towards healing. Written materials are also available to help parents
and guardians talk to their children about the death of a pet. For
